β€’ Exemplar Global is seeking a proactive Customer Success Specialist / Live Chat Support to join our remote team. β€’ You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries through live chat. β€’ Your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt responses and delivering quality support that aligns with our company values. β€’ You will work closely with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our service offerings and ensure our customers have a seamless experience. β€’ Your passion for customer success and ability to communicate effectively will help build long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. β€’ Previous experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in a remote environment. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Experience with live chat tools and CRM software. β€’ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. β€’ Proficiency in managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously. β€’ Great interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers. β€’ 3+ active savings/checkings bank account is a MUST.
