Description

• Manage and grow a defined book of business within the Inside Sales market • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts • Qualify and progress expansion opportunities by aligning customer needs with Expel’s solutions • Negotiate business terms with customers while preserving Expel’s key interests • Collaborate closely with Inside Sales colleagues, Partner Sales Team, Customer Success, and Product Management • Provide feedback to internal teams on Expel’s messaging, solution completeness, and new customer challenges • Lead QBRs to ensure clients are satisfied with our services and identify further growth opportunities

Requirements

• Proven ability to articulate business value in both written and verbal communications • Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities without compromising quality • Ability to work remotely with strong prioritization and time management habits • A knack for building and maintaining relationships while moving deals through the sales process to close • Consultative approach to understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to deliver value • Resilience and a positive mindset with the ability to course-correct and keep the bigger picture in focus • Solid understanding of the managed security market, enterprise security products, and cloud-based technologies • Fluency in Gsuite, Salesforce, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom • 3+ years of professional sales experience, with at least 1 year in security sales • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree strongly preferred
