📋 Description
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and Business teams • Work with developers to ensure APIs meet requirements • Drive API adoption with clients, partners, and internal teams • Ensure smooth API versioning and support lifecycle • Gather and document business and technical requirements • Translate complex business needs into API specifications • Conduct gap analysis for product enhancements • Define API authentication models • Act as a liaison between stakeholders • Collaborate with QA teams on test cases • Support User Acceptance Testing • Work with API monitoring tools • Create and maintain API documentation and guides • Develop process flows and technical diagrams • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst • Strong understanding of the housing industry • Experience in API-driven solutions • Expertise in RESTful APIs • Experience with API testing tools • Ability to analyze data models • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
