• You will be one of the rockstar members of our consumer services team • Conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements • Night Shift hours, Monday-Friday • Handle remote work, manage personal productivity with minimal supervision • Demonstrate success in initiating and executing new ideas
Requirements
• Has proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills • BPO Customer Service Agent Profile preferred • Has at least 1-year BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment • Has keen attention to detail and familiarity with the use of several remote work tools • Has the proven ability to multitask and think outside the box • Has system requirements as mandated by the project
