📋 Description

• The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive the growth of Export Packers Company Brands within key accounts. • Own and manage relationships with key distributors in the assigned territory, ensuring sales objectives and growth targets are met. • Lead business development efforts in the Healthcare sector, including Retirement, Long-Term Care, and Acute Care. • Collaborate with the national accounts team to implement strategic sales initiatives. • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase penetration and expand market share with regional chain accounts and major foodservice operators. • Oversee and analyze Trade Spend for region. • Drive menu placement and product adoption by working closely with distributor representatives and operator customers. • Conduct regular business reviews with key customers, analyzing sales performance. • Represent Export Packers at industry trade shows and distributor sales events. • Analyze and forecast sales trends at the SKU level. • Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive Foodservice sales experience, with a proven track record in managing major distributors and regional chain accounts, including GPOs. • Bachelor’s degree or college equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field. • Deep knowledge of the Foodservice industry and operator landscape, with a strong understanding of distributor procurement processes. • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans, driving revenue growth and brand penetration. • Exceptional negotiation, sales, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers. • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities, with experience in sales reporting, business reviews, and demand planning. • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience working with pricing execution and industry trade programs. • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and proposals.
