• About Us: We are a fast-growing travel meta-search engine that connects users to unbeatable deals on flights, hotels, and car rentals. • Role Overview: As the Head of OTA & Supplier Partnerships, you will lead efforts to build and grow strategic partnerships. • Your mission: To ensure our platform offers the best travel options while driving revenue growth through innovative collaborations. • The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with deep connections within the travel and hospitality industry. • Key Responsibilities: Build & Expand Partnerships, Drive Revenue Growth, Manage Partner Relationships, Lead Negotiations & Contracts, Conduct Market Research, Collaborate Across Teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales, in online travel and hospitality. • Proven track record in building partnerships with OTAs, airlines, or travel service providers. • Experience negotiating and managing contracts with regional or international partners. • Deep understanding of the travel landscape in the US and India, including OTA networks and customer preferences. • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. • Strong analytical mindset to optimize performance and drive data-informed decisions. • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Experience working in travel tech startups or meta-search platforms. • Familiarity with API integrations and technical processes for partner content integration. • Exposure to growth hacking or performance marketing strategies in the travel space.
