🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Experience: 5-10 years in the high-technology area, including proven experience in partnerships program management and customer engagement in a fast-paced environment. • Proven Success: A track record of developing and executing successful event strategies, including content strategy, campaigns, messaging, and lead generation for proprietary, industry, and partner events. • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to flexibly and resourcefully solve problems during event planning and execution, ensuring quick and effective resolution. • Collaboration: Skilled in communication, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing executive decision-makers. • Innovation: Ability to ideate and execute new event experiences and attendee journeys. • Organization: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Working knowledge of project management and event planning software and technology solutions. Experience with Monday.com a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. • Industry insights: Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape. • Operations: Proficiency with budgeting and financial analysis.
