Description

• We are looking for an ambitious Network Performance Manager to motivate, support and inspire our franchisees to success using F45 sales, training, and business methodologies. • The Performance Manager will work closely with F45 Training HQ and collaborate with our global team of Performance Managers to ensure each of our studios are extremely successful in membership, driving revenue and delivering a best-in-class athletics experience. • We are looking for someone with high energy and amazing relationship, communication and presentation skills who knows what it takes to make a fitness business successful. • Your operational and sales experience, along with your ability to adapt quickly and solve problems in different circumstances will help you drive value for our franchisee network. • This is a full time position. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Network Performance.

Requirements

• Ensuring that each F45 studio is highly successful in terms of lead generation, lead nurturing, membership growth and overall membership experience, revenue growth and, remain at all times in compliance with the F45 Training HQ operating standards. • Providing ongoing, proactive business coaching and operations advice to F45 studios across their region, including, but not limited to; lead follow-up and sales processes, management and leadership training, and financial acumen support, to contribute to the positive revenue growth of our F45 franchise network. • Delivering operational excellence in each regional portfolio by maintaining ongoing contact and engagement with the F45 network and providing operational deliverables. • Using F45 Training systems and tools to conduct ongoing KPI management to assist Franchisees in assessing their ongoing performance. The priority areas of franchisees should be aligned to deliver a safe, consistent brand experience while increasing profitability to enhance sales, conversions, and network growth. • Ensuring that Franchisees develop and execute on market awareness and outreach strategies to drive membership and improve profitability. • Establishing systems for managing the franchisee network and identifying issues early by implementing mechanisms to measure the quality of franchisees and the franchisee experience, as well as technical expertise to guide franchisees on various business operating systems and software tools. • Managing franchisee relationships and optimizing F45 business operations by implementing F45 internal systems. • Relaying general Network Communications to regional portfolios. • Working in collaboration with leadership, the Education team and other external partners to create and develop course materials, awareness campaigns, reference/ training documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Network Performance Managers are responsible for holding each assigned regional portfolio of studios accountable to F45 Training SOPs. • Network Performance Managers will be expected to meet with their portfolio franchisees, as well as internal teams at HQ on a regular basis. These meetings may take place in-person or be conducted remotely via digital platforms.
