• Welcome, onboard, and maintain a positive relationship and new clinicians. • Serve as the clinicians primary point of contact for day-to-day operational support. • Independently prioritize, resolve or escalate clinician issues as they arise. • Research clinician and/or patient complaints and issues to determine root causes and remedy situations. • Support a variety of activities aimed at maximizing clinician engagement, satisfaction, and retention. • Support the design and implementation of operations necessary to increase the scale of the provider network. • Gain an understanding of all clinical service lines, general telehealth operations, provider contractual obligations, and workflows. • Use data from multiple sources to develop reports and perform ad-hoc analysis to support initiatives. • Ensure clinician schedules are accurately maintained. • Maintain clinician profiles and related account information.
• Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years experience in healthcare operations, provider operations, program support, relationship management, or a similar role. • Excellent ability to communicate effectively and work with cross functional teams. • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in identifying problems and implementing solutions. • Excellent time management skills to balance daily escalated issues with long term project work. • Ability to analyze and present data in a clear, concise, and easy to interpret manner. • Proficiency with Google Apps G Suite or Microsoft Office. • Ability to learn a variety of new software applications necessary for operations.
