📋 Description

• Facet is a fast-growing fintech company revolutionizing personal finance. We're building a future where everyone can enrich their lives beyond expectation through our powerful combination of cutting-edge technology and personalized financial advice. • As a Content Designer at Facet, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products by crafting engaging content that is free of industry jargon, concise, and performant. • You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create intuitive and informative experiences for both our members and our internal team of financial planners. • You'll be responsible for crafting content across our entire product ecosystem, from microcopy and user interface text to onboarding flows, dynamic user experiences, and in-app notifications. • You'll be a key contributor in shaping the voice of our products, focusing on both long-term content strategy and tactical day-to-day execution. This role reports to the Head of Product Design.

🎯 Requirements

• Online portfolio of UX writing samples required for consideration. • 7+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, Content Strategist, or similar role, with a proven track record of creating performant, user-centered content. • Advanced understanding of UX principles and best practices. • Proven experience conducting user research and applying diverse research methodologies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to inform content decisions. • Advanced experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD required. • Experience in the Financial industry is a plus. • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• $130,000 - $150,000 annual salary + Bonus + Equity determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant - Please note, our salary ranges are based on current market data.
