📋 Description

• Primary focus on supporting customers and conducting both online and on-site training • Use good judgment when recommending support using advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency requirements • Provide phone support on software products and other services provided by FSI • Develop and maintain training materials and documentation • Additional tasks include software testing, implementation, maintenance, and general support of facilities management software applications • Motivate customers to successfully complete implementation • Communicate directly with customers to identify, reproduce and resolve issues • Project manage tasks such as data migration, product training, and roll-out strategies • Serve as a trusted adviser advocating for client needs and product requests • Manage group initiatives directed at process and tools continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of technical/implementation project management experience • 3+ years of Healthcare Industry experience, preferably inside a Health System or Hospital • 3+ years of CMMS administration experience • Advanced knowledge of Regulatory Agency Standards (NFPA, Joint Commission, etc.) • Ability to work across various stakeholders including Users, Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Product Management • Proven ability to keep multiple projects on track at the same time, with strong attention to detail • Ability to triage & prioritize support requests against multiple projects with a focus on customer satisfaction • 4-year degree or equivalent work experience • Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with colleagues • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent
