• Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets. • Track, document and manage the progression of work. • Perform on-site customer training. • Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets. • Consult with client regarding solutions and implement selected solutions. • Operate a vehicle in a safe manner. • Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software. • Work closely with other team members. • Build relationships and trust with customers. • Assist with other project areas as needed.
