📋 Description

• Perform on-site and virtual customer field documentation of equipment and assets. • Track, document and manage the progression of work. • Perform on-site customer training. • Complete software validation and data entry of documented assets. • Consult with client regarding solutions and implement selected solutions. • Operate a vehicle in a safe manner. • Use Customer Resource Management (CRM) software. • Work closely with other team members. • Build relationships and trust with customers. • Assist with other project areas as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in field service or similar customer facing role. • Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to adapt process to reach best solution. • Comfortable in mechanical & outdoor environments (kitchens, roof tops). • Team player able to collaborate with all departments and levels within organization. • Excellent time-management skills. • 75% travel. • Ability to work remotely and be self-managed and motivated. • Ability to work an on-call rotation for customer support. • Ability to climb, lift and move through a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. • Superior interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience using mobile tools and applications. • Technical degree or certification (preferred but not required). • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment (preferred but not required).
