🎯 Requirements

• Lead the monthly and annual close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements. • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring adherence to US GAAP. • Manage audit and tax processes, serving as the key liaison with external auditors and tax advisors. • Automate and optimize accounting workflows, working cross-functionally with data, engineering, and product teams to improve reporting and scalability. • Oversee revenue recognition, customer receivable reconciliation, and other core accounting functions. • Prepare technical accounting memos for complex accounting issues and support strategic transactions. • Ensure treasury, payroll, T&E, vendor expenses, and intercompany transactions are efficiently managed. • Collaborate with FP&A on budget monitoring and variance analysis to drive financial insights. • Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls to maintain audit readiness.
