Description
• Support planning, coordination, and evaluation of operational activities • Enable management to track progress and achieve goals • Support planning and execution of process improvement, system enhancements, and training initiatives • Identify potential risks that may threaten reputation, safety, security, and financial success • Collaborate with the team in communicating to key stakeholders • Determine business areas that pose potential risks • Evaluate the impact of proposed risks • Document and report on processes to reduce risk • Organize, document, track, monitor, and report operational information • Make recommendations to improve unit performance • Support planning and execution of new initiatives • Track key deliverables and coordinate communication • Aid in the development and testing of new systems • Develop ways to organize and access documentation related to policies and processes
Requirements
• 2 years of related experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Familiarity with appraisal concepts, valuation processes, and industry challenges • Experience with English grammar and syntax • Skilled at managing multiple high-pressure projects or initiatives • Risk Assessment and Management skills • Documentation reporting skills for analysis, data discovery, and decision-making • Skilled in presenting information and ideas engagingly • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people • Influencing skills including negotiating, persuading, and resolving conflict • Experience analyzing data to identify trends • Relationship Management skills including managing stakeholders • Experience helping organizations plan and manage change • Working with people of different functional expertise respectfully
