• We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager/ Director, U.S. Market-MDx (Individual Contributor) to join our team and contribute to our expansion and penetration into the US IVD market. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for the US market and will develop the plan needed to reach the annual sales target apart from coordinating the sales team. • Additionally, you will be conducting market due diligence and bringing new projects from the top IVD customers, thereby improving Fapon’s visibility and reputation in the US IVD market.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology or related fields. • At least 5 years of experience in molecular raw materials or related fields, with a deep understanding of the molecular demand and competitive landscape in the U.S. market. • Rich customer resources and industry connections, with successful cases of business development and sales. • Excellent market analysis and strategic planning abilities. • Outstanding customer communication and relationship management skills. • Strong sales and business development capabilities, able to independently drive project implementation. • Highly self-motivated, able to work under high pressure. • Strong team spirit and leadership skills. • Results-oriented, focused on achieving goals and performance. • English-speaking, willing to adapt to and grow in a culturally diverse and multinational IVD company.
