Description
• Production Manager is responsible for executing all processes in agrochemical products • Ensures production output meets demand and adheres to safety and quality standards • Monitors toller performance and material usages • Plans, negotiates, procures, and schedules raw materials for production • Utilizes ERP (NetSuite), Google Workspace, Tableau for record keeping • Prepares reports for senior management and collaborates for compliance • Supports accounts payable with vendor invoice discrepancies • Contributes to process improvement initiatives
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or equivalent required • 5+ years of experience in chemical toll manufacturing, preferably in the agrochemical industry • 5+ years of experience with procurement and supply planning • Experience working with an ERP like NetSuite • Experience using Google Workspace (GMail, Sheets, Docs, etc.) • Experience using any reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau • Ability to travel as requested (estimated up to 15% of time)
