Description

• Reports to global distribution and logistics team at FMIC. • Accountable for global transportation, imports/exports, and trade compliance. • Manage KPIs/Reporting and direct reports. • Drive logistics and trade processes, technology, and management. • Monitor financial performance including cost control and budget adherence. • Build relationships with external partners and internal customers. • Ensure trading performance metrics and filings are timely. • Oversee service providers including freight forwarders and brokerage services. • Maintain FTZ operational compliance and support global fulfillment network. • Advise on trade compliance matters and maintain policies to manage risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in global logistics and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. • Proven experience in managing complex international logistics operations. • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in logistics and supply chain management software and tools. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong project management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. • Proficiency in estimating and managing P&L/Expense Budgets
