Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of experience in talent operations or recruiting operations, with a proven track record of building and optimizing operational functions. • Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative culture. • Operational Expertise: Deep knowledge of talent operations, including process optimization, compliance, and systems implementation. • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to design scalable processes and systems that align with organizational growth goals. • Data-Driven: Proficient in using data and analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. • Compliance Focused: Expertise in managing compliance in recruiting processes, including knowledge of employment laws and regulations. • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
