Description

• As the Sales Finance Manager, you will lead a team to execute all financial aspects of Fetch’s budgeting, planning, performance tracking and management, partnering closely with department leaders across the organization. • This role is pivotal in guiding our financial strategy, optimizing company performance, and ensuring efficient financial operations to support the company’s growth and objectives. • This role will report to the Sr Directress of Revenue Finance. • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with organizational goals. • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for the revenue org • Analyze and interpret financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making. • Assist in the financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships, or fundraising events. • Develop key detailed reports that help cross-functional business partners grow their books of business. • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to drive financial performance and operational excellence. • Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in finance, consulting, investment banking, or related roles. • Must have in-house tech experience. • Strong financial analysis, modeling, and forecasting skills. • Sales support experience required; high growth companies a nice to have • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. • Experience managing complex financial transactions and negotiations. • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
