Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of sales-target driven experience in a Partnership / Channel Sales Management role. β€’ Experience managing a scalable channel sales motion within a large organization. β€’ Understanding of the HCM software industry. β€’ Adept at recruiting, onboarding, and enabling channel partners. β€’ Background in executing joint Go-to-Market strategies. β€’ Expertise in Pipeline and Performance management. β€’ Successful history in Partner Enablement and Training. β€’ Strong ability to engage in Cross-Functional Collaboration. β€’ Mastery of Conflict Resolution. β€’ Skilled in working both Autonomously and Collaboratively. β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
