📋 Description

• We are seeking a Retention Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing Email & SMS campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships for fast growing brands on Shopify.

🎯 Requirements

• Own Email & SMS/MMS campaign calendar planning & workflow for eComm clients • Curate campaign context, content and call-to-actions by putting together briefs for the creative & copy teams to design into. • Review these Email & SMS designs and provide teams with feedback based on best practices, engagement data and testing responses. • Responsible for compiling, scheduling & sending all campaigns, flows & transactional emails directly in Klaviyo. • Collaborate with performance marketing teams including eCommerce, Paid Media, Retail, & B2M to develop CRM strategies that align with client goals. • Monitor campaign, flow and transactional Email/SMS performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns. • Innovate, design, test and execute subscriber growth campaigns across all digital touch points (paid and unpaid) in order to drive a healthy acquisition strategy • Ideate loyalty and retention touch-points and/or programs to enhance customer LTV for an omni-channel experience • Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, annually) and dashboards to track KPIs related to engagement and conversion of all email & sms campaigns.
