Description

• Responsible for leading the development, analysis, and finalization of budget/cost proposals for funders. • Provides financial insight, information, and support to proposal teams. • Analyzes metrics and data for decision making related to cost realism and financial risk. • Participates in departmental initiatives to improve tools, processes, and internal capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Related Field. • 3 - 5 Years of progressively responsible financial analysis and pricing experience; • 1 - 2 years of relevant and/or specific cost and pricing experience. • Experience in proposal cost preparation and analysis supporting the federal sector. • Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), contract cost, and price evaluation techniques.
