Description

• This position will support FHI 360’s MENA-EE-LAC Regional Office. • Manage the MENA EE LAC Regional finance team. • Ensure compliance to audit and accounting principles. • Provides strategic leadership to the finance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent. • Minimum of 8+ years of finance management experience preferred in USAID Projects. • 3 years of line management experience. • Experience managing/leading a finance department is required. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English; proficiency in Spanish and Arabic is a plus. • Experience in MENA EE LAC Region is a plus. • Prior work in a non-governmental organization (NGO) required.
