Description

• We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our Scores Credit Bureau team as a Contracts & Legal Operations Consultant. • This role will play a crucial part supporting the team Alliance managers, coordinating administrative tasks and managing contract-related activities. • The successful candidate will blend administrative support skills with contract administration abilities, ensuring smooth operations and efficient contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred (or relevant work experience). • Proven experience in administrative support and contract administration is advantageous. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience creating executive presentations. • Basic understanding of contract terms, legal review processes, and compliance requirements. • Ability to manage calendars, schedules, and coordinate meetings efficiently. • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Prior experience with legal document management software is a plus. • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
