Description

• FICO Customer Success team manages FICO's main clients across Latin America. • Advocate for clients, responsible for maintaining and growing existing revenue stream. • Develop client relationships, improve customer satisfaction, prevent crises, synchronize actions according to customer expectations. • Partnering with key clients to build strong relationships and ensure solutions exceed business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree. • Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales / customer management. • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the client organization; from hands-on technical resources to C-level executives. • Ability to promote upselling and cross selling opportunities. • Ability to work in a team environment, yet able to lead and coordinate activities across virtual teams. • Strong sense of urgency and able to work under tight deadlines. • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
