• Collaborate with sales team for RFPs and customer inquiries • Manage incoming customer assessment requests • Proactively identify and coordinate meetings with experts • Lead end-to-end customer assessment projects • Support vendor risk assessments/audits • Assist in remediation planning • Provide regular status updates to stakeholders • Contribute to process documentation • Assist the Sales Support team with operational tasks

Requirements

• Experience supporting RFP responses • Proven ability to identify the correct stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects • Strong interpersonal skills • A collaborative team player • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills • Proactive approach with ability to prioritize tasks • Basic understanding of business operations and IT security • Proficiency in both English and Spanish (preferred)
