Description

• Be a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert for strategic clients. • Help produce insights and grow the PnL of the Mortgage and Capital Markets team. • Support clients' strategic objectives and collaborate with the investor community. • Communicate information effectively and translate terminology into business terms. • Establish processes and best practices for other verticals. • Assist Sales in resolving contractual discrepancies by partnering with Product and Legal teams. • Review client deliverables and ensure accuracy and digestibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Substantial and relevant industry experience and mortgage financial services domain knowledge required. • FICO product knowledge is a plus. • Relevant experience writing credit guides or creating products for investors. • Experience partnering with the mortgage industry using a consultative approach at the executive level. • Knowledge in strategic banking client business management and risk management is beneficial. • Excellent customer service, organizational, and follow-up skills required. • Attention to detail with sound reasoning and problem-solving skills.
