Description

• As an SDR, you will be responsible for lead generation and qualifying of the leads, particularly through cold calling. • You will work closely with our Senior Enterprise Account Executives and our Founders and assist in developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new customers. • Joining our early stage startup will provide you with a unique opportunity to contribute to our growth story from the ground up. • You will find in a dynamic and challenging environment where your ideas and input are valued, and where you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in a supportive team.

Requirements

• Degree in business, law, finance, computer science or a related field • Native-level proficiency in German and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Previous sales & business development experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in LegalTech (not a must) • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools • Capability to interpret performance data and suggest improvements • Excellent in organising your time and structuring processes • Self-motivated with a hands-on approach to tackling tasks • Enthusiastic about innovation in the legal market using new technologies • Proactive in identifying issues and seeking solutions without hesitation • Skilled in creating documents and presentations for various stakeholders • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks • Ability to implement feedback and continuously improve performance • Willing to perform administrative tasks to support team efficiency • A strong team-oriented mindset, enjoying active participation in team events and engaging with other team members
