β’ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition in the enterprise segment β’ Establish best practices, refine sales processes, and contribute to the development of scalable sales strategies β’ Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts β’ Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and timely deal closures β’ Help to improve the general CRM setup β’ Provide timely and accurate key-metrics, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant sales data β’ Grow the Sales Team and automate processes wherever possible
β’ Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Account Executive in SaaS Enterprise Sales β’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients β’ Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management β’ Proven ability to navigate complex and long sales cycles and close large, strategic deals β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment β’ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives and lawyers β’ Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently β’ Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions β’ A strong team-oriented mindset, enjoying active participation in team events and engaging with other team members β’ Residence preferably in Munich, but remote work is also possible β’ Native-level proficiency in German and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
