• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition in the enterprise segment • Establish best practices, refine sales processes, and contribute to the development of scalable sales strategies • Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts • Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and timely deal closures • Help to improve the general CRM setup • Provide timely and accurate key-metrics, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant sales data • Grow the Sales Team and automate processes wherever possible
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Account Executive in SaaS Enterprise Sales • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management • Proven ability to navigate complex and long sales cycles and close large, strategic deals • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives and lawyers • Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions • A strong team-oriented mindset, enjoying active participation in team events and engaging with other team members • Residence preferably in Munich, but remote work is also possible • Native-level proficiency in German and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
