β€’ Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive customer acquisition in the enterprise segment β€’ Establish best practices, refine sales processes, and contribute to the development of scalable sales strategies β€’ Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts β€’ Lead complex negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and timely deal closures β€’ Help to improve the general CRM setup β€’ Provide timely and accurate key-metrics, sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant sales data β€’ Grow the Sales Team and automate processes wherever possible

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of work experience as an Account Executive in SaaS Enterprise Sales β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and acquiring enterprise clients β€’ Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including account planning and pipeline management β€’ Proven ability to navigate complex and long sales cycles and close large, strategic deals β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment β€’ Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a compelling manner to C-level executives and lawyers β€’ Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment β€’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently β€’ Tech-savvy with a good understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software solutions β€’ A strong team-oriented mindset, enjoying active participation in team events and engaging with other team members β€’ Residence preferably in Munich, but remote work is also possible β€’ Native-level proficiency in German and exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
