• Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities in the DACH region. • Effectively sell to multiple stakeholders within target organizations. • Use a consultative, solution-selling approach to meet client needs. • Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales teams on strategic campaigns. • Consistently exceed sales targets and accurately manage your pipeline using Salesforce.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful SaaS/hosted software sales experience, with a focus on selling to large commercial accounts. • Experience selling solutions related to Major Incident Management, Cyber Security, DevOps, or Customer Support Operations. • Proven track record as a “hunter” with measurable success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Strong consultative selling and solution mapping skills; experience with MEDDIC, SPIN, Sandler, or other sales methodologies is a plus. • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required. • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems to manage and forecast your pipeline.
