• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the commercial network for Spain and Portugal of the FieldBee products • Identify and establish partnerships with distributors, dealers, and other key stakeholders in the agriculture, agriculture machinery, and precision agriculture sectors • Manage the sales process, from lead generation to prospecting, to contract negotiation and closing • Provide technical advice and demonstrations to customers, showcasing the benefits of our solution versus competition • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to align strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally in the agriculture sector – preferred in precision agriculture • 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Experience in working with CRM systems • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
