Description

• Lead the outbound recruiting area • Develop innovative approaches to attract talent for veterinary practices • Collaborate with the inbound team • Track KPIs and report to CVO • Identify candidate sources and define recruiting strategies • Build relationships with candidates • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit • Analyze the job market for veterinary roles

Requirements

• Creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions • Team leadership and communication should be your passion • Experience in HR/recruitment is advantageous • Veterinary background or experience in the veterinary field is a big plus • Proficient in digital tools like Notion, Slack, Miro, Excel
