β€’ Firebolt is the Cloud Data Warehouse designed to handle the speed, scale, and flexibility of AI applications. β€’ Drive business growth across EMEA by expanding customer base and going to market. β€’ Develop territory plan targeting digital-native high tech organizations across EMEA. β€’ Build relationships with decision-makers, lead sales cycle, and ensure consultative approach. β€’ Collaborate with internal teams to generate leads and deliver product demonstrations. β€’ Provide market insights to shape go-to-market strategy in EMEA. β€’ Represent Firebolt at industry events and build awareness.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 8–10 years of experience in B2B software sales, with a focus on data warehouse, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies. β€’ Proven success in multiple quota carrying roles in software sales - Cloud, AI, SaaS. β€’ Proven success selling into digital-native companies, including AI, SaaS, fintech, gaming, adtech, and startups. β€’ Knowledge of data warehouse technologies and cloud computing. β€’ A deep understanding of the EMEA market and the ability to navigate the diverse business landscape across key regions like the UK, Germany, France, and the Nordics. β€’ Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers. β€’ A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. β€’ A bonus if you have Familiarity with selling to engineering teams and C-suite executives. β€’ Experience with startups or fast-scaling organizations is a plus. β€’ Multilingual proficiency (e.g., German, French) is a strong advantage.
