📋 Description

• First Help Financial is a fast-growing company providing auto loans to the underserved. • You will assist the Compliance Manager in overseeing the Voluntary Protection Product (VPP) Program. • Maintain an accurate database of Voluntary Protection Products and collaborate with multiple departments. • Build and maintain relationships with service providers and develop policies to align with requirements. • Conduct regular testing and audits of the VPP Program to ensure compliance and improvement. • Act as the primary contact for VPP-related matters and support the Compliance Manager with various tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or related field • 5+ years of proven experience in Compliance, Legal, or a related field, preferably within the auto finance or insurance industries • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements related to voluntary protection products (GAP, extended service contract, anti-theft protection, etc.) or similar financial products. • Excellent written, organizational, and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal departments, external service providers, and regulatory bodies. • Strong research skills and the capacity to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable policies and procedures. • A proactive approach to issue escalation, problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
