• First Help Financial (FHF) is a fast-growing and culturally diverse company in the U.S. We provide auto loans to the underserved and care for our customers and partners with exceptional service. • The Funding Administrative Assistant will support the funding managers and broader funding team with various tasks and projects. • Your duties include: Assist funding managers with day-to-day tasks and special projects to ensure timely completion and support department goals. • Provide administrative support to different branches of the funding team, responding to project requests and handling inquiries as needed. • Verify coverage details for voluntary protection products (VPP) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date. • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned tasks. • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and ensure funding operations are running efficiently.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required • Minimum of 1 year of administrative support or customer service experience • Detail-conscious and task oriented mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Demonstrates historical career stability
