• Fully remote position • Seeking a tech-savvy leader for Client Success Manager role • Supports public safety agencies • Ensures agencies get the most out of the First Due platform • Manages post-sale client relationship through Deployment, Training, and Support • Focus on client retention and expansion activities • Identify upsell opportunities • Lead training sessions • Work with Product Management team to prioritize customer requests and enhancements
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of public safety experience • Technical experience managing or implementing software platforms • Project Management experience demonstrating familiarity with communication, training, coordination, and deadlines • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Track record of meeting or exceeding goals. • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
