Description

•Data and Compliance Administrator at First Intuition •Remote position with meetings required twice a year in London •Support Central Apprenticeship Team and wider FI Network •Contract type: Permanent •Company provides training and apprenticeships in accountancy and related sectors

Requirements

•Completing internal audit checks on apprentice evidence packs, to ensure eligibility for funding •Processing ILR data to make monthly funding claims for all apprentices •Management of E-Portfolio and Apprenticeship MIS system, ensuring data integrity at all times •Taking responsibility for individual Centre(s) audit feedback, SLAs and compliance queries – ensuring that all advice adheres to the Apprenticeship Funding Rules •Maintaining strong working relationships within the Central Apprenticeship Team and the Wider FI Network •Attendance and participation in network meetings •Monitoring and management of internal Helpdesk •Other ad hoc projects to ensure data integrity •Excellent attention to detail •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Ability to work independently and effectively to prioritise workload •Strong IT skills •Previous administration experience •Ability to work from home •Previous experience of apprenticeships •Prior experience of apprenticeship software (e.g. – PICS) •Previous experience of home working
