Description

• Do you love interacting with others, making connections, and helping people? • You’ll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, mitigating service problems, and providing an exemplary customer experience. • Responsible for all procedures relating to the escalated Tier 2 support of our clientele. • Communicates in a clear and consistent manner and with high integrity. • Works with team members to solve problems. • Provides accurate information to customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Must be 18+ • Must be able to pass a background check. • Must be able to pass a drug screening. • Must have reliable transportation to and from work every day. • Must be legally able to be employed in the United States • Experience in the electric vehicle industry is preferred.
