Description

β€’ Resolve escalated customer service issues (in English and Spanish). β€’ Create an outstanding quality service experience for the GE Appliance consumer. β€’ Advocate with multiple internal departments for reasonable and satisfactory resolutions. β€’ Take ownership in resolving escalated customer concerns. β€’ Follow up with customers using phone, email, or text. β€’ Find creative solutions that are in the best interest of customers and GE Appliances. β€’ Interact and coordinate with all necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues. β€’ Gather information from various resources and surface concerns with suggested resolutions to the Team Leader or Team Manager. β€’ Complete consumer reviews for satisfaction before case closure. β€’ Meet work schedule demands and obligations with compliance and integrity.

Requirements

β€’ Ability to communicate effectively and proficiently using both English and Spanish language in written and verbal form β€’ High School Diploma or GED β€’ Minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience β€’ Minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience β€’ Ability to communicate effectively in English is a requirement β€’ Excellent written & verbal skills β€’ Moderate to advanced computer skills; navigating multiple online applications β€’ Exceptional organizational skills; ability to effectively multi-task β€’ Ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications β€’ Previous experience working from home (preferred) β€’ Soft Skills β€’ Passion for helping customers and problem-solving β€’ Flexible with the ability to take direction from management yet work independently to achieve goals β€’ Active listening skills and the ability to ask questions β€’ Conflict resolution skills; negotiation skills; and time management skills β€’ Flexibility, being the ability to adapt to change. β€’ Critical thinking skills β€’ Desire to work in a team environment towards common goals β€’ Ability to remain calm and show empathy while handling challenging customer concerns
