Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Customer service experience and a desire in upselling to customers • Ability to retain knowledge • Attention to Details • Friendly, Professional, Respectful • Flexible • Organization • Problem Solving • Dedication • Computer literacy • A passing hiring assessment • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems • Bilingual skills are a plus
