Description

• Responsible for day-to-day management of customer services contracts and relationships. • Ensures contractual obligations are met and provides expertise in software solutions. • Drives resources to solve complex customer issues across the customer base. • Reports into the Software and Video Services Territory Manager. • Collaborates with various teams throughout customer engagement. • Accountable for the execution of service agreements and escalation management. • Delivers consistent service levels by exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ plus years in CommandCenter Software and/or Mobile Video Deployment, Engineering, Sales/Presales, CMSO or Managed & Support Services experience is a plus. • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
