• Interact with customers from various fields in a laboratory setting. • Triage customers to the appropriate Sales Account Manager and assist in lead generation. • Manage quotes and literature requests for diverse product lines. • Assist the broader Commercial Sales team when necessary. • Receive all technical calls and triage appropriately. • Update and maintain CRM systems. • Capture new product inquiries. • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Highly effective oral and written communication skills. • 3 – 5 years of customer-facing experience. • Understanding of sales processes and goals. • CRM experience is a plus. • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Ability to multi-task and function independently in a fast-paced environment. • Background and/or Experience Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree preferred). • Five years of relevant work experience. • CRM experience and customer interfacing highly preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
