Description

• Act as the voice of the customer to ensure delivery of best-in-breed products • Work as part of a team in an agile setting and must be a self-motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker • Identify strategies and improvement opportunities while designing new solutions and reengineering processes • Engage with stakeholders to gather, and define business requirements • Translate business requirements into functional solutions and define functional elements • Prepare and deliver presentation materials and solutions to clients

Requirements

• Knowledge of banking or financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles • A bachelor’s in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field of study or equivalent experience – Master’s degree is desirable • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience • Experience using Agile methodology for software development • Curiosity and the ability to use critical thinking skills to discover challenges and design viable solutions
