Description

• Collaborate with leaders and engineering teams to transform user requirements into actionable system designs. • Fine-tune requirements and develop detailed design specifications. • Propose innovative solutions and keep the team informed of technological developments. • Create and support business cases focused on minimizing technical debt and meeting compliance. • Partner with Product Owners to document roadmaps and user stories. • Support the delivery team through the entire lifecycle of the sprint. • Coordinate with vendors and oversee their deliveries. • Manage application installations and upgrades while adhering to IT Change Control guidelines. • Ensure cybersecurity practices are adhered to within program portfolios. • Develop user manuals and training materials for deployed applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline or equivalent experience. • Minimum of 5 years of experience with business software applications. • Understanding of Cloud Computing theory and practice. • Proficiency with multiple change methodologies (Agile, Lean, TDD, Waterfall). • Experience supporting and delivering the full system development lifecycle (SDLC). • Proficiency with SQL and relational database concepts. • Ability to manage solutions across different programming languages and environments. • Understanding of software engineering terms and data architecture.
