Description

• Provide legal guidance on FIS’ most innovative and highest growth initiatives • Work with product teams to provide legal advice regarding new product offerings • Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for products and services • Advise colleagues on legal issues relating to commercial contracts, product development and compliance • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations in financial services and payables

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of and interest in financial technology solutions • A college degree and a Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and be licensed to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction • A minimum of 8-10+ years’ in the practice of law in a high-quality law firm or in-house environment • Strong analytical and advisory skills • Strong communication skills • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
