• Proven Leadership: At least 8 years of relevant sales experience in pharma or medical devices, with a strong track record of leading successful teams. • Languages: excellent communication skills in German (C2 level/native fluency) and English (B1/ advanced). The interview process will be fully conducted in English. • Location: currently residing in the Northwest region of Germany (e.g. Dusseldorf, Dortmund, or Hannover). • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to connect, persuade, and adapt to client needs. • Persuasiveness: You easily connect with people and know how to influence them toward your desired outcome. • Hands-on mentality: Since you will be working with a small team of 4 specialists, you'll need to take matters into your own hands. • Flexibility: This role requires a commitment to travel 50-70% of the time, so a traditional 9 to 5 mindset is not acceptable.
