📋 Description
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of Solution Consultants and Presales Support Engineers. • Oversee presales projects, ensuring high-quality delivery across demos, POCs, and RFP responses. • Collaborate with AI Innovation Engineering team to develop cutting-edge solutions. • Serve as a subject matter expert in finance automation, document processing, and ERP integration, especially SAP. • Define presales processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in presales or solution consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing technical teams. • Strong knowledge of finance automation, document processing, and ERP systems, with a deep understanding of SAP integrations. • Familiarity with AI-powered automation solutions, workflow automation, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). • Proven ability to collaborate on and deliver innovative solutions in partnership with engineering teams. • Strong ability to engage with enterprise customers, understand their needs, and design tailored solutions. • Experience in standardizing and automating presales processes, including demo and POC preparation. • Ability to use data and insights to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers, internal teams, and leadership.
