Requirements

β€’ Strong leadership and project management skills. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners. β€’ Extensive knowledge of sales processes, revenue optimization strategies, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. β€’ Strong understanding of financial performance metrics and how to manage them effectively within a franchise network. β€’ Skilled in identifying performance gaps and implementing solutions to drive improvement. β€’ Deep understanding of the customer journey, with the ability to improve customer experience at every touchpoint. β€’ Focus on customer retention, member satisfaction, and long-term engagement strategies. β€’ Experience working within a franchise business model, including understanding franchisee-franchisor dynamics and operational challenges. β€’ Capacity to provide franchisees with tailored support that balances corporate objectives with individual business needs. β€’ Proficiency in interpreting sales and customer data to provide actionable insights. β€’ Ability to forecast trends, track key performance indicators, and adjust strategies accordingly.
