📋 Description
• We are a high growth health and longevity brand founded in Switzerland on the belief that uncompromising research can unlock a new class of health, backed by cutting-edge science with the mission of promoting longevity and health span. • The company is backed by strategic investors, including Nestlé Health Science and L’Oréal. • To support our growth, we are seeking a US Sales Director, Health Care Practitioner (HCP) to join our growing U.S team. • This leader will establish strong relationships with practitioners, identify opportunities to expand the brand’s reach, and drive initiatives that align with the company’s overall growth strategy.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 7+ years of senior sales experience and leadership, with at least 5 years in HCP and / or retail channels within the supplement industry. • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to grow new business channels. • Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including HCP sales strategies and customer dynamics. • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance specific to sales activities. • Preferred Experience: Direct-to-practitioner sales, knowledge of supplements or related health products, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon.
