• Join us in bringing joy to customer experience. • Five9 is a leading provider of cloud contact center software. • We celebrate diversity and foster an inclusive environment. • We are seeking an experienced and motivated Channel Partner Marketing Manager to support our Technology Service Distributors, regional partners, and key focus partners for 6 month period. • You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to create and execute plans that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in partner operations, sales, or marketing within a channel partner ecosystem. • Proven track record in managing complex partner ecosystems, with a strategic understanding of sales and marketing motions. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, focusing on delivering an excellent partner experience. • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time. • Experience with event planning, budget management, and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
